24-HOUR EMERGENCY CONTACT

C&M customers are always just a telephone call away from our assistance in case of an emergency.

PER CLEAN REQUEST CHECK

In addition to the 24-hour emergency contact, C&M clients have the option of communicating a request every time we service their facility via our customer request pad. This pad is reviewed by all C&M employees each time a customer’s premises is cleaned. The request is answered as quickly and complete as possible.

WEEKLY EVALUATION

C&M weekly evaluation is designed to reveal any service shortcomings the client may be experiencing.

MONTHLY STATUS CHECK

C&M monthly status check is an extra method used to communicate with our client by telephone to ascertain whether or not they are satisfied with the service they are receiving.
