As a therapist, I am privileged to know many people in depth and to help them in their efforts to resolve their emotional problems and live more fully. In today's world there are numerous stressors that compromise our ability to experience healthy relationships. There is aIso and endless and beautiful complexity to human life. I am committed helping individuals and families in their personal endeavors to grow individually and in their relationships with others. As a therapist, I am committed to always being consientious in my efforts, knowing that the journey taken in therapy is sacred and of great significance to those who travel it.
Child Centered Therapy
I have a special interest in working with children and adolescents. With more than ten years experience working with young people who have undergone significant trauma and loss, I find a very special place in my heart for them. I have completed more than 100 hours of extended education related to working with children's issues, in order to greater my capacity to meet these very special needs. It is my hope to continue the work of helping children and families heal from their wounds and inspire them to live their lives more freely.
